What to Expect
Classes meet over FOUR weeks, with 2-hour sessions each week, allowing time to learn, ask questions, and actually absorb the information without feeling rushed. With a small group size, the experience stays cozy, conversational, and personal—never overwhelming or lecture-style. Honestly? We have fun.
Registration is one payment per couple—only one partner needs to sign up, and both are fully included and encouraged to attend.
This class supports any birth setting and a wide range of preferences. Rather than telling you how to give birth, the focus is on helping you understand your options, feel confident in your decisions, and prepare together as a team.
By the end of the series, you and your partner will walk away feeling informed, connected, and prepared—with a clear, flexible birth plan and the confidence to head into birth feeling ready.

Long Answer: You might find it beneficial to have a birth partner in attendance! Spouses, sisters, mothers, besties — all count as a birth partner! Please limit attendance to just the birther and 1 partner.

You’ll be given 1 make-up credit to attend the class you missed in a different cohort. It’s encouraged to ensure you are available to attend all 4 classes to get the most of your learning.
