This private childbirth education class is designed to feel like a calm, supportive conversation—not a lecture or a crowded class. We’ll meet one-on-one in the comfort of your home and tailor everything to you, your questions, and your birth goals.

Because this is private and fully customized, we’re able to go deeper, move at your pace, and focus on what actually matters for your birth. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, or home birth, this class is designed to support any birth setting and any combination of preferences.

In-Person must be located in the greater Houston area.

This is a small, intimate group childbirth education series designed for first-time parents who want clear, evidence-based education in a warm, low-pressure setting.

With just 3–5 couples per group, classes stay cozy, conversational, and personal—without feeling like a lecture or hospital class. The focus is on understanding birth, building confidence, and helping both partners feel prepared and involved, regardless of where or how they plan to give birth.

The Birth Generation: Not Your Mother’s Birth Course is a modern, on-demand childbirth education course created for parents who want clear, evidence-based information without the overwhelm. This course breaks birth down in a way that actually makes sense, helping you understand what’s happening in your body, what your options are, and how to make informed choices that feel right for you.

Designed to fit into real life, The Birth Generation allows you to learn at your own pace, revisit topics as needed, and prepare for birth on your terms. Whether you’re planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, this course helps you feel informed, confident, and supported—without fear-based teaching or pressure to choose a “right” way to give birth.

We are putting the finishing touches on this course and expect it to be ready for you in spring 2026!

COMING SPRING 2026!

  • Most families find it helpful to take a childbirth education class during the late second trimester or early third trimester—often between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy. This timing gives you space to learn, ask questions, and build confidence without feeling rushed as your due date approaches.

    That said, it’s never “too early” or “too late.” Whether you’re just starting to think about birth or are closer to your due date and looking for clarity, the goal is to leave you feeling informed, prepared, and supported.

  • Yes. All education offerings support any birth setting—hospital, birth center, or home—and a wide range of preferences, including medicated, unmedicated, induced, and planned cesarean births. There is no “right” way to give birth here.

  • Yes—payment plans may be available depending on the class. Feel free to reach out to discuss options.

    • Private childbirth education includes either two 2-hour sessions or one 4-hour intensive, plus a follow-up call.

    • Group childbirth education is a 4-week series meeting once a week for 2 hours (8 hours total).
