Birth education doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or impersonal. Imagine learning in a way that’s clear, supportive, and aligned with your values—whether we’re working together in person or connecting online.

Through evidence-based education and thoughtful guidance, you can prepare for birth feeling informed, confident, and ready for whatever your experience brings.

Childbirth education options

    • Partner support — how your support person can show up confidently and effectively

    • What to expect immediately postpartum

    • Newborn basics, including the first hours and days after birth

    • You have the option to choose virtual or in-person classes

    • In-person classes will take place at the Cypress office

    • You will have 5 hours of learning broken up into two 2.5 hour sessions

    • You will also receive a complimentary personalized birth plan that you can give to your care team

    • Navigating decisions & communication
      How to communicate with your care team, ask informed questions, and feel confident advocating for your needs.

    • Immediate postpartum & recovery
      What to expect right after birth and during the early postpartum period, including physical and emotional changes.

    • Newborn basics
      An overview of the first hours and days with your baby, including newborn care and what’s normal to expect.

    • Classes are small group and limited to 5 couples per class

    • Classes take place at the Cypress office

    • You are allowed one support person — your partner, your mom, your sister, whoever!

    • You will receive 8 hours of birth learning broken down into 4 or 2 sessions

    • If you miss a class, you will receive a complementary 30 minute virtual call to help you stay on track — I don’t recommend missing any classes though!

  • $350 per couple

  • Most families find it helpful to take a childbirth education class during the late second trimester or early third trimester—often between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy. This timing gives you space to learn, ask questions, and build confidence without feeling rushed as your due date approaches.

    That said, it’s never “too early” or “too late.” Whether you’re just starting to think about birth or are closer to your due date and looking for clarity, the goal is to leave you feeling informed, prepared, and supported.

  • Yes. All education offerings support any birth setting—hospital, birth center, or home—and a wide range of preferences, including medicated, unmedicated, induced, and planned cesarean births. There is no “right” way to give birth here.

  • Yes, at checkout you will be given the option to break up your purchase into two payments

    • Private childbirth education is fully customized, one-on-one (or with your partner), and tailored specifically to your needs.

    • Group classes offer a small, intimate learning environment with other couples, combining education with shared discussion and community.

    Each option offers comprehensive education—just in different formats.
